Before moving into consultancy and the executive search business, Bleihid held senior Executive HR positions with a number of major international companies, most recently the Director of Human Resources for the Saudi Research & Marketing Group- based in Riyadh but with overall worldwide HR responsibility for the Group's companies & operations. Prior to this, he was General Manager – Human Resources for SABB-HSBC,and a member of it's strategy team through its most significant period of rapid change & successful growth. In addition, he has held senior HR positions at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & RC among others.His key areas of expertise include aligning HR strategy with the needs of the business, organizational change, executive search , developing competitive compensation & benefits strategies and approaches.

Hala Merhi

Hala has more than five years experience in healthcare recruitment with International Health Resources Corp., handling major clients in the Gulf region. She has also worked as Personnel Administrator for Saba & Co. Intellectual Property, handling their personnel operations in North Africa and Middle East. Before joining EMA Partners Saudi Arabia, Hala had worked for ten years at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, an institution hosting more than 63 different nationalities.
